    Wow... I got sprayed with cap-stun once in the face, which is a pepper aerosol weapon. The only way to stop the burning was to submerge my head in a bucket of water, but as soon as I pulled it out to breath the burning was there. It was awful.

    i wonder what kind of chilies they use for cap-stun? in northern india and myanmar they make tear gas outta ghost chilies...so mean...
