I went up for my grandad's birthday and in the process ended up showing nan how to use the world wide web to donate to a cancer charity called Cancer Research UK.

P.S. At the start she seems a little slow. That's because she thinks the camera is a phone and I was talking to someone else!

    Thanks! My mom uses the net almost as much as me but if I show her Netvibes or Delicious she'll start to say "I'm old and can't use all these fandangally net things".

    She is now on day 2 of netvibes.

    I also have some potentially great quotes that I could get from the elders. When they come down for Christmas I'm going to record my grandad telling a famous joke of his.
