    Ok first one with some variations was 70 seconds.. Second one with less variations was 80 seconds...Third with no variations was 63 seconds... Nice workout thanks Loonachic

    60 seconds alternating legs, (I had to laugh at myself...I couldn't lift either arm) 60 seconds with the push ups,60 seconds alternating sides.... can someone help me get off the floor?

    You make this look so easy but I can assure everyone that it's NOT! You have to work up to being able to do what Michelle is demonstrating. Remember, proper form is key!
