didnt have any lessons - it looked quite easy
this was literally my first venture into the water,
after the first 3 or 4 goes trying to get going i thought i would soon have it but it went downhill from there
if your thinking of learning get lessons, it will be so much easier and teach you safety aspects you wont even have thought of
i was lucky and got away with it but you might not be
