Steve Hook has 50 cows. His farm is tiny by today's standards, and making such a small farm pay in the UK today is near impossible. So Steve and his family have gone their own way and farm extensive, organic and raw. He's given up on the supermarkets and the big boys but instead bottles the raw milk by hand on the farm and sells it door to door in the local town. It might sound idyllic but no one says it's easy...
