    Very nice. I downloaded the WMV file and applied a "No85" color filter on it on some of the scenes and it made it look -- in my opinion-- even more striking. If you have access to Magic Bullet you might want to give it a try.

    thanks for the comments guys! eugenia, i unfortunately do not have magic bullet. is there any way i could see how you've modified the video? i'm interested in what magic bullet can do!

    Sure! Here some examples I just played with, using Magic Bullet, Color Corrector (mostly tweaked saturation and gamma settings) and the freeware Aav6cc plugin for Sony Vegas:

    I think my favorite moment was 1:20, when you pointed the camera to the sky, and the snow was coming between the branches... Very nice.

    that's really beautiful!!!!!!!!
    I love snow.
    There are some great shots in here but one of my favorites is the dandelion in the snow.. it's very profound.
    also the shot of the snow coming straight down out of the trees onto the camera.
