I use iMovie - it's just so easy...

Export using QuickTime, size the video to 1280x720 optimize for download, 30fps, best quality. That's it.

Thanks Boyd, you should - it's a fun way to use clips to make something cool - and it doesn't take too much time. Just 5 seconds 5 times and... done.
