Here's a hint: when you have a clip selected in your Final Cut timeline, go into the "motion" tab and play around with the cropping function. That should get you started. From there, it's just a matter of what you like. Take care, man
Michael- this is really a fantastic use of split/geometric screen. I haven't seen anything done like this. Totally innovative. I don't even want to think of how long this took you. Did you use a steadicam in that office scene or was that an office cart? =) It looked fantastic either way. Incredible work!

(on the beat no matter!)
Also, a question: what snowy town was that? I'm from Cooperstown, NY, and your scenery reminded me a lot of neighboring towns up near there.
Great work, and I can't wait to see what you do next!
full of inspiration
Yes I did all the color correction in After Effects.
What camera did you use? Was it HDV?
I've been doing all my color grading in Final Cut and After Effects but I'd like to get my hands on "Magic Bullet Looks."
Good work!
super inspiring for my vj work
do you use a DoF adapter? or does the FX1 have good enough depth?
