Norbert is an I-CY, or simply a very musical electronic bird.
Norbert is our latest guest pet (that is also how we got Erre, our nabaztag). Back home he couldn't find the love and support he needed so badly, so we are taking him in for a while.
He is not an easy guest however... Quote from the manual:
"The more desperate I-CY gets for music and attention, the more vocal it will become."
