Having commented early on your long version, I must admit that this shortened demo is a lot crisper and captures the best elements of your work. Watching animation can make bring out the Schadenfreude in us: we look for the inevitable dropped pass, the pimpled blemish. A shortened demo keeps the ball rolling (to continue mixing metaphors), allows us to remain immersed in the illusion.
The rear-leg scratch and the supplicated hand-slap are my two personal favourites; personality comes out of the images.
