    I'm at a loss for words. This is really awesome. I can recognize almost all of the events there but it'd be really great to have a little caption layer telling me what each one is. I see the fashion weeks, the summer concerts and ice skating.

    Thanks, Abhay! I lived a block away from Bryant Park for the last two years and it was my favorite thing about the city. Been saving the webcam images every 10 minutes for a year and a half so we could do this. (30GB of data)

    Wow, I can't imagine hanging out for a whole year to make a film. Cool beans!

    The only thing I find a little distracting is the constant change from day to night. Perhaps all day frames would be less jarring.

    This is perhaps the greatest video ever made. If I had known about this I would have walked Oscar right under the webcam and made faces repeatedly. Fashion Week looks like a mushroom.
