When a geometric visitor from another planet becomes your new roommate and shares with you the tragic state of its home world, you drop your guitar and see what you can do. We created this piece in response to the accompanying music track we created in honor of a visiting cat named Leo. Process: hand drawn animation

Absolutely and resoundingly immense. Breathtaking in it's character, timing, and persona.

I found this kinda weak. The story was minimalistic yet painfully corny and seemed too artificial to me. I felt little spark of raw inspiration put in first few seconds but rest felt cold and fabricated. Presentation was wery well done though.

I think you speak a Universal Truth. I too, wrote a song once. I played it and played it. A dodecahedron from the Andromeda Galaxy sensed the vibrations and traveled to our beautiful blue-green planet in search of the source. Finally, after much searching, it found me. And put probes in my ass.

Okay, so maybe it's not the exact story; but that's what makes the Universe such a Mystery.

wow, i really loved this piece. especially the song. what program do you use to record, ad did you use a machinedrum for the beats?
  • impactist 2 months ago
The audio is created using a variety of real instruments, midi based hardware, and software... some sequencing and some live recording. The software specifics are irrelevant since it's more about the music and less about the tools. Glad you liked it.
