Recorded talk at the Chicago Agile Project Managers meetup, May 5th, 2009. The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method based on time boxes of 30 minutes called Pomodoro. The technique works great for solo development as well as a team practice. By defining just a few simple rules the technique increases team productivity, allows better estimates and a consistent sustainable development rhythm.
