Yeah, this is original "low tech" from Italy.Only wood and some metalparts nothing to wear and you can control how the parmegiano is grated. Couldn't find it in the web yet.

While doing some work on the `puter, I listened to grovesalad.com where they played this tune I got the same kick and had to buy the cd. Also this tune seemed to be perfect in the background of a cooking video.

You won the bet, just remove all pins and clean the surface. I better had it grinded the surface with 400th sandpaper, I used 200 so sometimes I have to scrub harder.
