5. Dancing with California Sea Lions

These California Sea lions were filmed in the winter of 2005. Sy Harris and I dropped the anchor of my dive boat, 'Apnea' in about 35' of water, just at the end of the Coast Guard Pier. Even while we were preparing to enter the water, a group of nearly 30 young sea lions circled the boat in anticipation. This was a lot of fun!

Jim Sheaffer 5 months agoCool video! Nice editing. OK, I'm guessing lots of "slow mo". Every time I've dove with Sea Lions they're Freakin' fast! What camera/housing are you using?
