First test with the Velleman K8004 DC to pulse width modulator acting as a controller for the electric motor. The video shows that by the turning of the potentiometer, the electric motor accelerates. Everything is powered by a simple 9V battery.
The next step will be to build a laser cut scale model of the moped that shall contain all these components.
