Macy's Fourth of July Fireworks in New York City: Canon 5D mark II
4 months ago
This year the fireworks moved crosstown to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the exploration of the Hudson River by Henry Hudson. Shot from Hoboken, NJ, it was spectacular. For tech info, please visit my blog, mikekobal.com/blog/?p=179

Thanks Mike
Your stuff continues to knock me out Mike, The 5d is just a tool your eye is the magic. Great job!
(my dogs would have been TERRIFIED!!!)
i've been shooting for just over a year now, with a d40. but its way too limiting. i think the logical step forward would be nikon series (as i have some sweet lenses).
maybe i should just keep saving, and just sell my nikon stuff and by that time, the 5dmk2 might be a bit lower in price?
It's over nine thousand!)))
Have never seen fireworks like that in Ukraine =\
It's just an inet mem =)
not anymore...
cheers
what's that 4Gb limit in minutes?
assuming 1080 30p?
thanks!
Great view Mike.
thx for sharing.
I´m writting a long-feature script set in Cuba and planning to shoot it with a couple of MarkII... watcha think? too much for MarkII?
In any case I´m definatively using some lensbaby shots (thanx again to you!) It´ll be a boxer´s life so it won´t be difficult to justify its use.
I owe you a big one here...
