Very cool ... I first thought the sounds would now line up and form a melody and rhythm ... that would be cool! :)

Would you put my video up on the Canon HV Channel? Thanks.
Your video is amazing. Also, the resolution quality is really good. What CODEC are you using?

Is that the hv 20? That is the most amazing slo motion footage (with water) i´ve ever seen with the hv 20.

Shot with my HV20 in 60i, then converted to 60P, then slowed down in Vegas 7 and converted to 30P.
  • KCSwanko 2 years ago
do you do the converts to 60p and 30p all in Vegas?

Fantastic! That footage looks really sleek and I love the bass thump of the coins dropping in the water.

Hi Lucasberg, thanks for the tip using Mike Crash's "smart deinterlace" to create progressive footage without ghosting. Combined with a high shutter speed to avoid motion blur, the resulting frames look very sharp.

Also, is this 0,5 playback rate? I guess if you slowdown more than 0,5 we are looking at a slideshow of pictures? :)
Thanks for sharing it, going to use this workflow for all my slowmotions in the future.

Nice vid..! More slow intense slooow motion would be nice ... like the bullet thru the apple, but I liked it !

how much did you slow this down beyond the initial 60i-30p? its still really smooth.
  • Lucasberg (Joey) plus 1 year ago
I converted the 60i to 60P , Here is how I did it.
