In our previous two installments of this video tutorial on installing Joomla CMS on WIndows 2003 with IIS, we prepared our system by making sure IIS was up and running, then downloading and installing PHP and MySQL, and configuring them to work with Mocrosoft Internet Information Server.

In this final chapter, we will tweak some PHP settings to make PHP and MySQL play nicely together, then we will finally download, install and configure Joomla CMS. When this chapter is complete, we will have Joomla working perfectly under Microsoft Internet Information Server and Windows 2003!
