This was a lot of work because Premiere and After Effects both have trouble importing files from my SD300 digital camera. A lot of video is the result of extreme patience.

Anyway, the camera has a "fast frame rate" mode which shoots 60 frames per second, so all you do is slow the video down to 50% speed and you've got high quality slow motion.

While we were in the park hooping, some MTV cameraguys shot us for Making The Band and had us sign release forms. Apparently we're going to be part of some "look at all the stuff that happens in NYC!" B-roll footage.
