1. Flame Working Demo By Brent Graber
Just some test footage. Thrown together in a couple of hours. We still have to make adjustments. Shot using an ACE lens to filter out the sodium flare produced by the flame. This is a demo showing a flame working technique called an implosion. You can view more of Brent Graber's work at brentgraber.com. Like I said, we still have lots of adjustments to make on this video.

Nice video demo..was directed to the site only yesterday by Jill Knapp. As I recall there was no audio at that time. Just curious about the colors used. Were they striking, plain or both?

I used striking colors. The center was blue moon or Turquesa... I forget which... then there was one of the obtaniums for a little sparkle... the petals were Silver Creek with Egyptian White Sands as the backer. The fine frit used to cover the back was Onyx... and I may have done a dip in Irrid frit as well. I hope this helps... Thanks for watching.

Hmmm, yeah the earring might be gay, but you are one boro guru! How totally awesome of you to share these vids, bud. Sweet. Heh, at least I can say, I learned from one of the best! Well done! Hugs.

Great video! I have tried to make these with some larger, soft glass rods, but they never turned out right. Not sure if it was the soft glass or trying to follow a written discription on how to make them. So, now I will try again! Oh, and I'm not young, but I think the earring is hot!

Hey Debra... I use a Bethlehem Barracuda torch and two Unlimited Oxygen concentrators to power it. I have the older M-20s, but the new M-15s will do the job too. ;)
