Every year the fourth grade class would make an early morning trip to the tide pools at Strawberry Hill. Armed with illustrated wildlife guides, the children were granted an immersive day of discovery. The students would learn three important lessons by day's end: Anemones can be used to squirt your assigned partner, sea stars are not to be moved, and jellyfish, like us gather in schools.

  • wow. how do these videos not have 20,000 plays or more... this stuff is ridiculous! are you a crew or is this just one person..? just curious. anyways.. regardless. i have a lot of respect for this type of imagery.. really amazing. nice hand drawn titles and graphic compositions within the video frame... im hooked.

We're just two people that work well together. You can always find more of our work on our website which also features less compression as a bonus.

    ? i don't get it

We're just kidding, that's the short list for a meringue... smile. Your question was so broad and unspecific that we didn't really know how to answer it... grin.

haha ... i was wondering what type of editing software you use and what processes you go through to make the video. I am not asking for a how to, i am just curios and awed.
  • impactist 3 months ago
Not sure if we used any editing software on this one since most of the shots transition to one another rather than direct cuts. But, a 'cut' on one software package looks the same as a 'cut' on another, the tools aren't really that critical...

adobe stuff, paper, pens, different cameras, mini discs, 303's ... the usual stuff... no whisks though actually...

You can get there. Just hop on hwy 101 and look for the kids that are touching the sea stars and squirting their friends with anemones.
