This is my first try at making a video podcast. I used iMovie 7/'08, which is great and terrible at the same time. Apple should not have taken away some of the features of the previous version. Regardless, let me tell you about the podcast, not the software used to make it.

Episode One starts with a trip back to my Alma Mater, the University of Southern Mississippi, in Hattiesburg, MS. By some stroke of luck, when I visited, it happened to snow (which is very rare). So what may look like a weak effort on mother nature's part to most of you, is actually quite more than we could ask for on our end.

Then, I brought it back to New Orleans (where I currently reside), and got a few pictures and footage from the local parades that happened today.

Finally, I (sort of) reviewed Shiner's new beer; the Bohemian Black Lager. It wasn't so much a review, as it was just me having a taste on camera and not being disgusted. It was actually kind of good.

I really enjoyed making this, hopefully more to come.
