I noticed how nice the light was this evening so went for a walk with my camera to a river nearby my house.

A couple of Typhoon fighters were flying around as it started getting dark, I really liked the fact that they were still lit by the sun yet everything else around me was quite dark.

Bloody cold walk home though! Must remember to take gloves next time I carry the tripod.

Hi Boyd, yes it was all given a bit of a lift with MB. I'm a bit addicted to MB now, it really makes the footage pop.

This has to be some of the best video I've seen. I'm guessing you're in love with you're ex1? I'm thinking of dumping my z1u for it. Can you describe what color grading you did in this piece?

Thanks for saying so. I'm very lazy when it comes to grading, I just open up MB Looks, find an effect I like and apply it.

Vary rarely I'll tinker with the effect parameters, but not generally.

Not sure about being in love with it, but yes I'm very happy with my cam :)

What have you shot with previously? Is the MB the fcp plugin version? What sticks are you using?

My last camera was a Canon XH-A1. I use the MB 'Looks' which works as both a plugin and a stand alone app.

I can't remember the exposure settings but it was shot at 720/25p using a CINE1 gamma picture profile. Post was done with various magic bullet effects.
