    I really like the style, but it disturbes me that the physics of the ball is out of sync. with a little tweaking this would be excellent.

    you are probably right. but mixed with the unintentional delays for the beat....ok, I'll buy that idea. people stay to watch more intensively is it on beat or off beat.
