Cedar Tree camp is on the grounds of Agape Fellowship Church, located on 30 beautiful acres at the intersection of Old Hickory Blvd and 1-40 West, bordering Charlotte Pike to the north.

The Director, Ricky Woods, is a graduate of Hillwood High School and has been employed by Cedar Tree for 17 years. He began as a camp counselor working summers to put himself through college. He now works at Harpeth High School and coaches Wrestling and Track. Ricky was Assistant Director here for two years, and this will be his tenth year as Director. Ricky not only brings experience with him, he brings a strong commitment to the children and staff of Cedar Tree Day Camp.

The camp staff is comprised of an Assistant Director and a mix of college, and high school students who are carefully selected and trained. We maintain a 10 to 1 ratio of campers to counselors to ensure proper supervision at all times.
