Yeah so we went to go see Silent Hill and it sucked. This was made very late at night ( lol I say that like it should explain my idiotic ways.....lol....but yes thats right I am going to use the lack of sleep excuse!!!!!)

Yeah the start was like an American Pie kind of movie. But i thought it worked because it slowly changed as the movie went on. I thought it got funny towards the end (where he runs over the 2 girls and the guy gets his head beaten in)

The ending of Hostel was just silly (inkeeping with the rest of the film I suppose) and rushed. -- Oh look it's all the people that set us up, standing in the middle of the street. I think I'll run them over! THE END. But yeah, the kids beating the guys heads in was cool... it reminded me of that Aphex Twin video for Come To Daddy.

Dude, I liked the movie alot...its alot better than amnity ville(poster in your background). I dont think you picked up on the connections of the monsters. Each monster was a horrible event in the little girls life. Like the monster in the bathroom he came out with his tounge wagging, that represents when she was being molested. Also i know the acting was pretty bad but thats because the actors sucked. what do you expect from a horro film; youre not going to get acting like forrest gump. Also did you realize that it was a movie based off a video game....but what eva eva...gotta do what you do

lol ok ok fair enough, BUT DUDE it didnt make any freakin sense, and yea the little stuff I understood about the connection to the girl, but I just thought that over all it was all over the place, and if they werent going to make the plot work, It should of AT LEAST made me scared shitless!!! LOL

Yeah. The posters for High Tension suckered me in. The violence was well done, but for a splatter film there wasn't enough of it. I enjoyed the cameo from 'The Butcher' (of Irreversible and I Stand Alone fame).

Don't know about retarded though. There were some awesome shots in there. My favourite is right near the end where the poor guy in the car is getting carved up and you get a POV of the girl in the back as she is absolutely covered in blood. Fun fun.
