In Kangnam, one of the busiest and most expensive places in Seoul, a street food vendor and his wife are surrounded and attacked by a mysterious crew. There were two guys with video cameras and the rest of the guys surrounded the cart and wrenched the owners, who were definitely taken by surprise, away from it. The weird thing is that I couldn't tell if these were police men or gangsters. Most food carts are illegal but stay in business because they're protected by one or the other.
