This is a character my friend Geoff has used in a few of his videos. The assignment was to make an in-camera edit, so all of this is cut by turning the camera on and off. Another requirement was this leaving something hot on and remembering about it later scenario.

How would your professor know whether or not you used an in-camera edit? I mean, it's obvious that you did, but wouldn't it be easy to fake too?

What would be the point in not excepting the challenge? Cheating for something like that would just be stupid. The only way she would really know that we didn't is if we shot with film but it's a Digital Video class, so that would be silly.
