Disable the 'Welcome Screen' and force all users to press Ctrl+Alt+Del to logon. Doing this increases security on your computer especially if you are on a network. Following the simple steps in this Tutorial swaps the 'Welcome Screen' for the logon prompt like in Windows 2000 and users must type a username and password.
