This is a video of my senior thesis, a large interactive sculpture installation at Clark University. The sculpture is 9' square, and consists of 36 spheres suspended from electric motors. A camera in the middle detects presence under the sculpture, and raises the spheres above the detected object.

    Me too! The code that runs this whole show is incredibly small. Crashes occasionally though. I think it's the video input?

    What are you using to drive and control those motors?

    I'm using a Lynxmotion servo controller to drive 32 of them, and a Wiring board to drive the other 4. (Actually, the Wiring board controls the Lynxmotion as well).
