WE DON'T NEED NO STINKING PERMIT

Another Faux HD experiment. This is regular video rendered as mpeg4 HD video. These all play fine at home, but seem to jitter after upload. I'm fishing around to remedy that.

    The shots in the parking lot are at Smelly Cat looking toward the Neighborhood Theater. The parade is on North Davidson Street where the galleries and Pat's used to be. It's all different now.
