Practicing tai chi on the roof of my building with the LA skyline in the background. This is the classical Yang long form.
There is a little glitch in the video at one point - and I also screwed up one part and had to redo it and splice that in. So, it ain't perfect.
The intro is sped up of course, but the rest of it is at normal speed, not slowed down as it first seems.
