I loved feeling you created in Part of me died and lovely music background.

The image is great nice and sharp. As to what format I'm not sure all I know I try to make sure I have best quality selected. As you can tell I'm no expert in this stuff.
I did however, send in a short thing on a cat I'm baby sitting. Some people think I'm whacked out of my mind.

Oh well! Funny you mention your from Scotland, well I'm in New Scotland (Nova Scotia) and bloody cold at this moment.

Thanks for the comment. It's pretty cold in Scotland at the moment but no snow where i am.

I checked out your cat video, your a harsh man David, funny though. I can see that the video is in WMV format and was only 2.25MB in size. That's very small so the video has been highly compressed meaning it loses quality. I don't have access to Windows Media Player so I can't offer a solution as to how to increase video quality. There must be a menu somewhere but as to where, i'm afraid i can't help you on that one.

Reminds me of old Polanski shorts

lovely images and framing, they capture such panoramic lengths of land. that must have been a cold shoot.

    fantastic!

Nice! Like the sepia tone, looks almost like 16mm film. Did you shoot this in frame mode?
  • Matthew Pringle 4 months ago
This was filmed around 2 years ago so my memory's a bit hazy. Pretty sure it was filmed in 50i, added a colour tint to make it look sepia and then added a small amount of diffusion. Contrast was increased slightly. It was then deinterlaced for the web.

You can get quite a good washed out effect by adding a tint and some diffusion.
