I grew up going to the San Jose flea market at least once a month. It was the place that I learned it was okay to haggle and also the place I learned what the word "bootleg" meant.

Funny story: I bought this one "Ninja Turtle" there that had all the coolest weapons. It came with sais, katanas, bo staff, ninja stars and everything. The problem was that the figure's hands were in fists so you couldn't actually put anything in them.
