This was an experiment by the Media Design graduate program in which a webcam was placed above a table in the cafeteria at ArtCenter College of Design (ACCD) for one day. The webcam streamed the interactions of individuals eating with their food and one another. The data was recorded and analyzed for any patterns or interesting phenomena in the participants. The data collected helped in creating a second experiment in which two dinner tables were linked together via webcams & projectors.
