Note the vertical lines on the arrangement window. They are locators (markers) that you can set at any point in the arrangement timeline. Once they are set you can key map as usual.

    Step 1. make sure your midi slices are quantized. Step 2. Add locators every eighth note or quarter note depending on your number of slices. Step 3. Add your key mappings to the locators.
