I noticed this shot too. I don't know if a plugin is used on post, but the way you do it while shooting is to close in physically with the camera to the shooting object while zooming-out at the same time (and the opposite too). It gives this out of this world perception.

I have tried this - it's not easy. Remyyy just nailed it - fun to see. I actually said "whoa, cool!" outloud.

Ahah, I'm always trying, but it's hard to keep the focus (specially when it's in manual mode, thing I didn't think while I was shooting).
