1. First, something that made me very angry, before the end of his talk, at minute 49:22 when Ray Kurzweil start taking some questions many people in the audience are suddenly standing up and leave! this is SUCH a RUDENESS! why can't you wait for another 10 minutes till the end of the talk? everybody, including Ray Kurzweil have to wait for you till you get out? what about some respect for this man standing in front of you?
What a disgrace, I feel so ashamed for you, what an ugly behavior, such an impolite manner.

2. If I understand it right Ray Don't think that "The Blue Brain Project" is the right way for getting a real AI, becouse it will just gives us a full copy of the brain but we will not understand it.
But I don't agree with that at all, becouse when you will have a full working model of the brain on a supercomputer, you will have the ability to track every behavior that will emerge, and to see where it came from, till the level of the single neuron cell, so for sure it WILL give us an understanding of how it works.
Or as Henry Markram said it: "By putting (all the elements) together, you can explore the principles, where they came from. Basically that's what we're after, understanding the principles of emergent properties"
