James Sears, Wayne State University’s associate vice president for the office of facilities management and planning, speaks about Wayne State’s master plan.

Wayne State University is one of the largest public universities in America, and its master plan guides how it will develop Midtown Detroit over the long term. The presentation was held at the Contemporary Art Institute of Detroit (CAID) on February 25, 2008.

This presentation is the first of a four part series that Cityscape is hosting about areas that border the Woodbridge Neighborhood.
