Part of an Interaction Design project by Andrew Cook (aka Samoyed) examining the relationship between musicians and their tools, and aiming to restore this relationship to computer performance.

Intellectualising smashing up a telly with a baseball bat.

The TV was connected to a Max/MSP patch via a contact mic. I was listening to the sound produced in real time through a pair of headphones (this explains the wire going up my leg) and trying to get some kind of coherent idea happening.

This turned out to be a very messy instrument to practice on.
