Barata? (Euchroma gigantea)
Footage of a big cockroach-like insect, the animal has nice gradient colors and a hard shell. If you know what it is, please leave a comment.
[UPDATE] Thanks to bryan kyckelhahn, and the whatsthatbug.com/ folks (Daniel Marlos and Eric Eaton) we now know that the insect was a Euchroma gigantea, one of the Metallic Wood Boring Beetles in the
family Buprestidae :)

Hi Fabricio,
Your beetle is indeed one of the Metallic Wood Boring Beetles in the
family Buprestidae. We do not believe it is Euchroma gigantea but we
might be wrong. Perhaps one of our readers knows for sure.
"Hi Fabricio,
Eric Eaton has confirmed that your beetle is Euchroma gigantea."
that site is wonderful... a bunch of bug detectives ready to identify the little creatures you find.
