While this version of Vimeo was in beta I asked if they could do this but no one seemed to care. Maybe they don't think it is necessary. I personally love that feature.

what? no i am talking about the whole dim effect of the full screen when you click it. that's awesome, so you can fully concentrate on the movie and dont have any distracting elements around.
