The centennial oak near the little Holy Mary sanctuary in Cornuda, (TV) Italy.
Shot with JVC GZ-HD7 Everio on Manfrotto tripod, color corrections and editing made with AE and MBL.

Beautiful colors and scenery, but shaky movement of the cam and zooming in while shooting makes the video not so enjoyable how could it be :) Do not touch zoom toggle when shoot something like that next time.

Nice hue! Is the Manfrotto tripod with a fluid Video head or with standard photo camera head for it seems rather jerky with the pan and tilt. I've completely fell in love with my 561B Monopod.

The tripod is a Manfrotto 190XPROB very confortable and the head is a mini video head Manfrotto 700RC2. You can have more infos here:

I love this camera, and its possible to create `film like` images within the camera by just taking full control of Aperture and Shutter speeds as well as toying with the brightness control ... light plays a major part too.

For smooth pans you'll need a good tripod of course, but most of all a fast shutter speed.
That jerky movement is more likely the compression used by Vimeo - its great we have HD here, but its no where near as good as the original files simply due the the compression - I'm not moaning though as its far, far better than anything else on the Net.
