Video: Tina Frank
produced: 2001
-------------------------------
this video seems like an archeology of colors of a painting. It reminds on tatters of weathered posters bared in layers. Glambox follows no dramaturgy, it is only committed to its quaint aesthethics.

I love this work very much. Especially due to it being a purely aesthetic art-work, and removes itself from any sense of narrative or meaning. It's often annoying when the audience are still able to derive a pretentious meaning from such a piece, whether symbolic or metaphorical, and can't just look at the work for what it is. What's even more annoying, is artists such as Stan Brakhage use a title to apply a pretentious meaning to their own works. You've avoided doing any of that, well done.
