Thanks, Bill. I've been struggling with a herniated disk for 1 1/2 years now, and it's significantly impacted my ability to run long-distance (I'm a marathoner) but the good news is that my most recent MRI revealed that the herniation is healing and my doctor's given me the green light to begin running more. I had a pain-free run last week-end but today's run hurt a bit. It'll be up and down as I continue to recover.
