This is a video I only just managed to capture of me hitting level 70 with my first character in WoW, Sildurcasius, in the Celestial Ridge, Netherstorm in the Outlands.
I probably should have done more fighting to add effect, but I was too busy doing a mini mexican-wave and celebration for me - AWOOHOO!!
PS. I've just noticed that I hit 70 with my head up a dragon's ass. Not nearly as cool a situation as I imagined I would be in.
