Nice shot I like the composition and the color correction. I had that same problem with the interlacing lines too. When you render out the video choose custom template and you should see a drop down box that says "field order" it will probably be set to "lower field first" change it to "none" which is progressive. Also if you were to watch this footage from a tv you wouldnt notice the lines, its just computer monitors.
Hope that works Im not familiar with premiere but it should be something similar.

psーif your shutter is at or lower than 24, it won't register as interlaced footage.
