actually, i traveled over 5,500 miles in 18 days. this is a travelogue of sorts. i passed through/visited: illinois (where i lived until march 1), kentucky, tennessee, mississippi, louisiana, wisconsin, minnesota, north dakota, montana, idaho, and washingtion (where i now live).

    it was a hell of a trip for sure. it took me a full week to cover physically and mentally.

    a funny thing happened on my way to moving to new orleans... i moved to seattle instead. why is a loooooooooong story, but i didn't even enjoy visiting new orleans, so living there was out of the question.

    I too love travel videos. Aren't ghost towns kind of fascinating? I always want to learn the stories behind them

    there were so many ghost houses and small communities through north dakota and montana, that i wanted to stop the train so i could go explore them. i definitely want to drive a similar route at some point so i can get off the road and check out the houses up close.

    it was huge. just did another cross-country trip, that was in a car. i saw a little more this time around, but now paying the price physically. oy!
