I made it quite a bit faster. I didn't think I could, but thats definitely the fastest route I can figure out. Took a while to find the spot I had to shoot for the portal to end up on the bottom of the E-field. Also, that blue portal on the ground cannot be against the left wall; it has to be farther out than that. I just used that crack on the wall and aimed below it.
